In den vergangenen zwei Jahren hatten wir bereits die Gelegenheit, einige sch\u00f6ne Touren in Crans-Montana und Umgebung zu unternehmen. Was f\u00fcr ein sch\u00f6ner Ort das ist. Die Aussicht ist ph\u00e4nomenal und wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, hat man die Stra\u00dfen oft f\u00fcr sich allein. In der n\u00e4heren Umgebung gibt es sch\u00f6ne Anstiege und wenn man etwas weiter denkt, ist auch der Furkapass eine machbare Option. Dennoch ist es hilfreich, wenn man ein wenig mehr Insiderwissen hat. Wir haben den Einheimischen Yves Caillet nach seinen Tipps f\u00fcr das Radfahren in dieser sch\u00f6nen Region gefragt. Sagen wir einfach, dass das Wetter manchmal nicht so g\u00fcnstig f\u00fcr uns war. Als wir an einem nieseligen Donnerstag vor die T\u00fcr traten, sagten wir im Grunde: 'Wir fahren nicht mit dem Rad'. Es war k\u00fchl, es regnete, und eine kalte Abfahrt schien uns nichts zu bedeuten. Da wird man nie warm. Aber da war ja noch Yves. Er freute sich darauf, zusammen mit seinem Begleiter. Der Schlachtplan war einfach. Wir wollten radeln. Wie auch immer. Bepackt stiegen wir ab und am Ende hatten wir viel Spa\u00df. Es regnete ein wenig, aber bald kam die Sonne. So kann ich die gleiche Schleife mehrmals fahren. Das hat den Vorteil, dass ich im Falle eines technischen Problems oder einer Reifenpanne nicht zu weit fahren muss. Meine Strecken variieren im Laufe der Saison, je nach Form und Trainingszustand. Zu Beginn der Saison bevorzuge ich zum Beispiel flache Strecken mit geringer Intensit\u00e4t und einigen H\u00fcgeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann multipliziere ich die Anzahl der H\u00f6henmeter und die Intensit\u00e4t, mit der ich sie angehe, um mit echten Anstiegen von der Rhoneebene nach Crans-Montana (+1000 m H\u00f6henunterschied) zu enden. Eine Tour, die ich sehr sch\u00e4tze, ist die Abfahrt vom Skigebiet nach Sierre f\u00fcr die flache Strecke nach Sion (...mit einigen kleinen H\u00fcgeln in der Mitte - La Crettaz (Bramois)) \/ St-Leonard zum Beispiel) und dann hinauf \u00fcber die Route du Sanetsch\/Route de Savi\u00e8se nach Icogne, Lens und Crans-Montana. Sie haben dann auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Anstieg etwas zu variieren. Man kann mit dem Rennrad, dem (E-)MTB, dem Downhill-Bike und sogar mit dem Schotterrad dorthin fahren. Ich denke, jeder sollte einmal den Aufstieg nach Crans-Montana gemacht haben, aber mit der Route, die ich im vorherigen Punkt angegeben habe. Das ist meiner Meinung nach die beste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hidden Gem: Welches versteckte Juwel ist Ihr Favorit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt viele davon, auch kleine Strecken mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeiten, die aber ihre Bedeutung haben, je nachdem, was man trainieren will. Oft au\u00dferhalb des Autoverkehrs, was auch zu kurzen, nerv\u00f6sen \"Ausfl\u00fcgen\" f\u00fchrt und nicht unbedingt zu langen, eint\u00f6nigen Strecken. Ich mag die Strecke nach Salgesch, dann auf einer kleinen Stra\u00dfe ohne viel Verkehr hinauf nach Varen, dann Lo\u00e8che-les-Bains und auf der anderen Seite hin\u00fcber nach Albinen und zur\u00fcck. Wie Sie verstanden haben, versuche ich, Haupt- oder stark befahrene Stra\u00dfen so weit wie m\u00f6glich zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welches ist Ihre bevorzugte \"Barrage\", z. B. Grand-Dixence, Lac de Tseuzier usw.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin ein absoluter Fan des Aufstiegs zum Lac de Moiry ! Ansonsten gibt es Routen f\u00fcr jedermann, offen gesagt. Die Ebenen f\u00fcr die 'rouleurs' (bis Martigny ohne Autos, oder fast), 'gemischte' Routen und nat\u00fcrlich die gro\u00dfen Anstiege, die uns ins Schwitzen bringen und manchmal das Fahrrad hassen, bis wir, einmal zur\u00fcck, unsere Meinung \u00e4ndern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist die perfekte Route f\u00fcr Fotos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Route du Sanetsch \/ Col du <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/fietsen-in-valais-een-parcours-wk\/\">Sanetsch<\/a>...
