Ein tolles Programm erwartet alle, die ein Herz f\u00fcr Fahrr\u00e4der haben. Abgerundet mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/cutt.ly\/w5pCfwd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vuelta al Teide<\/a>. Seit ich mir mit 20 Jahren \u00fcber Marktplaats f\u00fcr 20 Euro eine alte RIH mit Schlauchbefehlen gekauft habe, ist das Fahrrad meine gro\u00dfe Liebe. F\u00fcr mich ist das Radfahren Abenteuer, Ruhe und Inspiration. Das Radfahren hat mir in psychisch schwierigen Zeiten sozusagen das Leben gerettet. Ich wusste also sofort: Das ist es, was ich unbedingt will. JA, ICH WILL! Aber dann musste ich mich entscheiden, ob ich am letzten Tag die ganze (175 km, \u00fcber 4400 hm) oder die halbe (95 km, 2000 hm) Vuelta al Teide fahren wollte. Ich trainiere derzeit f\u00fcr einen Cross-Triathlon (1 km Schwimmen, 35 km Radfahren und 10 km Trailrunning), habe eine ausgezeichnete VO2max und f\u00fchle mich fit und stark. Trotzdem. Wenn man beginnt, an gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sportveranstaltungen teilzunehmen, bei denen die Distanzen l\u00e4nger und die Intensit\u00e4t h\u00f6her wird, passiert etwas Besonderes. Selbst wenn man ziemlich fit ist und ernsthaft trainiert hat. Nennen Sie es eine Art nat\u00fcrliche Auslese: Die Menschen, die an solchen Veranstaltungen teilnehmen, sind oft mit einem gro\u00dfen Tank an Talent gesegnet. Und bei mir ist dieser gro\u00dfe Eimer eher ein bescheidener Eimer. Als ich zum Beispiel vor einigen Jahren an der Hondsrug Classic (75 km auf dem MTB) teilnahm, kam ich in einer Gruppe au\u00dferhalb der Zeit. Der Zielbogen war bereits abgerissen und wir bekamen kein Souvenir. Obwohl wir wirklich kein Zuckerschlecken waren.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sie radeln f\u00fcr sich selbst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss mir also regelm\u00e4\u00dfig sagen. Ruth, du f\u00e4hrst f\u00fcr dich selbst. Aber das ist manchmal ziemlich schwierig in einem sozialen Umfeld, in dem wir uns gegenseitig mit Ultradistanzen, gr\u00f6\u00dfenwahnsinnigen Durchschnittswerten, PRs und Schalen \u00fcberbieten. Als ob der Wert haupts\u00e4chlich in der Geschwindigkeit liegt. Die Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen. Als ob eine Fahrt nur dann etwas wert ist, wenn man andere geschlagen hat, wenn man wirklich weit oder wirklich schnell gefahren ist. Oder in meinem Fall: nicht Letzter geworden ist. Schlie\u00dflich hei\u00dft ja auch die wunderbare Plattform von Laurens Ten Dam: Live Slow, Ride Fast. Au\u00dferdem habe ich dann hoffentlich Zeit, mich unterwegs zu am\u00fcsieren. Ich schaue mich um, sp\u00fcre bewusst die Brise an meinen nackten Armen und rieche die D\u00fcfte der Insel. Aber die innere Kritikerin ist anderer Meinung: Sie nennt mich einen Schw\u00e4chling. Du w\u00e4hlst doch den einfachen Weg, oder nicht? Zum Gl\u00fcck kann ich sie dieses Mal zum Schweigen bringen. Und auch mein Trainer best\u00e4tigt, dass diese Distanz die beste ist. Aber sie ist b\u00f6sartig, diese kleine Stimme. Denn sie w\u00e4hlt einfach eine andere Strategie: 'Du bist wahrscheinlich sowieso einer der langsamsten Lutscher. Mehr noch: Wenn Ihnen nicht alles leicht f\u00e4llt, wenn Sie sich irgendwo hinten anstellen, dann sind Sie l\u00e4nger auf dem Rad und haben l\u00e4nger aufgegeben als die ersten Finisher. Und was noch wichtiger ist: Sie hatten l\u00e4nger Zeit, sich zu am\u00fcsieren. Sorgen wir also daf\u00fcr, dass das Teilnehmerfeld bei gro\u00dfen Radabenteuern (mit oder ohne Rennteilnahme) breiter und vielf\u00e4ltiger wird. Dass es auch Platz f\u00fcr die Radfahrer gibt, die vielleicht zu den letzten geh\u00f6ren, die sich anmelden. Ich hoffe, ich kann einen kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten. Indem ich als nicht ganz so talentierter Radfahrer mit ganzem Herzen zum Teneriffa Bike Festival fahre, wird das halbe <a href=\"https:\/\/cutt.ly\/w5pCfwd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Vuelta al Teide<\/a> Radfahren und so zeigen: Great Cycling Adventures sind f\u00fcr alle da.
