Auch bei unserem <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/fietsen-in-crans-montana-gevecht-met-de-warmte\/\">vorherige Reise <\/a>zum Ski- und Outdoor-Sport-Dorf im Schweizer Kanton Wallis-Wallis, \u00fcbernachteten wir in diesem Hotel. Ein sch\u00f6ner, entspannender Ort. Sehr zentral im Dorf gelegen, mit einem guten Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, einem <a href=\"https:\/\/vivavocerestaurants.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Qualit\u00e4t Italienisch<\/a> darunter (vom gleichen Eigent\u00fcmer) und Platz, um Ihr Fahrrad sicher und ordentlich unterzubringen. Dazu kommen die ger\u00e4umigen Zimmer und die sch\u00f6ne Aussicht auf das ber\u00fchmte Panorama von Crans-Montana, und man kann sich ein Bild machen. Ich f\u00fchle mich wie zu Hause. Die Kommunikationssprache ist Franz\u00f6sisch, aber es wird auch gut Englisch gesprochen. Sch\u00f6n, trotzdem wieder landen zu k\u00f6nnen. Mir wird fast das gleiche Zimmer zugewiesen und ich lasse mich auf das Bett plumpsen. Ich genie\u00dfe. Wundersch\u00f6n also mit weitem Blick, vor allem auf die Alpengipfel auf der anderen Seite des Tals. Kleine Anmerkung: Es liegt also auf einer H\u00f6he von 1500 Metern. Das bedeutet zwei Dinge: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sie haben herrlich frische Bergluft. Nicht umsonst gibt es mehrere Kliniken f\u00fcr Menschen mit Atemwegsbeschwerden. Die Luft dort ist einfach von besserer Qualit\u00e4t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am Ende steht fast immer ein Aufstieg. Und zwar nicht irgendeinen Aufstieg. Der Col de Crans Montana. Er ist ein Monster, aber dazu sp\u00e4ter mehr\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Okay, es gibt noch eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit: die Standseilbahn, die von Sierre-Siders zur\u00fcck nach oben f\u00e4hrt. Spart auf jeden Fall, wenn man v\u00f6llig pleite ist. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oder Sie machen sich auf den Weg nach <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/zwitserland\/crans-montana-op-de-fiets-met-insider-tips-van-local-yves\/\">Der See von Tseuzier<\/a> an. Man gibt Vollgas bei einer Abfahrt bergab. Dann dreht man sich um und holpert ordentlich wieder hoch. Genau das machen Dennis (alias Cycling_dennis) und ich. Wir rollen den Berg hinunter, zwischen typischen Schweizer H\u00e4usern, \u00fcber feinen Asphalt mit einer sch\u00f6nen Haarnadelkurve hier und da. Die Aussicht lenkt manchmal von der Stra\u00dfe ab, aber wie sch\u00f6n sie doch hier ist. Unten angekommen, fahren wir wieder hinauf und nehmen den R\u00fcckweg \u00fcber Lens. Das ist kein klassischer Anstieg, aber einer, den man sp\u00fcren wird. Es ist ein sch\u00f6ner Sommertag und unten im Tal sind es etwa 28 Grad. Das nimmt man bergauf mit, obwohl es schnell wieder abk\u00fchlt. Man f\u00e4hrt hier teilweise auf der Hauptstra\u00dfe, aber auch auf einigen kleineren Wegen. In Lens, auf dem Dorfplatz, halten wir an, um Wasser zu trinken. Die Bediensteten, die ein Eis essen, schauen uns bewundernd an. Auf dem Weg nach oben sind 900 H\u00f6henmeter zu \u00fcberwinden, und das sp\u00fcrt man auch. Teile der Strecke f\u00fchren mit 11 bis 12 Prozent. Da denkt man manchmal: Komme ich da weiter? Das ist Schweizer Flachland. Oben angekommen, erwartet uns wieder dieses sch\u00f6ne Panorama. Nass wie ein Waschlappen stellen wir das Velo ab. Wir sind zu Hause, aber fragen Sie noch nicht, wie.
