Alle Staud\u00e4mme oder Staustufen rund um den Schweizer Kurort aufz\u00e4hlen. Die Variationen sind vielf\u00e4ltig und jede Talsperre hat ihre eigene Sch\u00f6nheit. Wir fuhren fr\u00fcher hinauf nach <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/fietsen-in-crans-montana-gevecht-met-de-warmte\/\">Der See von Tseuzier<\/a>. Man k\u00f6nnte dies als \"Einstiegsanstieg\" in den Fahrradpass bezeichnen. Immer noch ein heftiger Anstieg, aber k\u00fcrzer als die anderen Optionen. Die anderen M\u00f6glichkeiten? Der Anstieg zum Lac des Dix (der <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/fietsen-in-crans-montana-lac-des-dix\/\">Barrage du Grand Dixence<\/a>(ein ungeheuer sch\u00f6ner Aufstieg), aber auch der Aufstieg nach Mauvoisin oder zum kleineren Cleuson. In dieser Folge nehmen wir den Aufstieg zur Barrage de Moiry und ihrem Stausee in Angriff. Ob das ein Zuckerschlecken war? In Crans-Montana ist es fast ein Muss, erst hinunterzufahren und dann den Weg nach oben zu finden. Man kann die Abfahrt von Crans-Montana auf verschiedene Arten beginnen. In Richtung Sion oder in Richtung Sierre bedeutet sie oft eine sch\u00f6ne Abfolge von Kurven und einen Schwung durch die Weinberge. Sch\u00f6ne Bilder sind garantiert. Auf jeden Fall fahren wir in Richtung Sierre hinunter, denn dort kommen wir ins Val d'Anniviers. Das bietet etwas Schutz vor der hei\u00dfen Sonne. Auch der erste H\u00fcgel selbst bietet noch etwas Schutz. Die ersten Kilometer sind sofort angenehm. Eine sch\u00f6ne kurze Kurve mit Haarnadelkurven, die am ehesten an die Lacets de Montvernier erinnert, l\u00e4dt zu Fotos, Oeh's und Aah's und einem sch\u00f6nen Start ein. Unmittelbar nach diesem Abschnitt f\u00e4hrt man auf dem Bergr\u00fccken entlang und hat die Schneegipfel im Hintergrund. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der Aufstieg selbst ist noch nicht sehr schwer und man kann ein gutes Tempo finden. Wir genie\u00dfen ihn in vollen Z\u00fcgen und die Klicks der Kameras und iPhones sagen alles. Unterbewusst kann ich eigentlich nur \"Fisch\u00f6l\" lesen. Die \u00f6rtliche B\u00e4ckerei l\u00e4dt zu einem kurzen Halt ein, um ein paar lokale K\u00f6stlichkeiten zu essen. Abgesehen von den Problemen mit der elektronischen Bezahlung ist es ein sch\u00f6ner Halt. Erinnert daran, dass Bargeld immer noch K\u00f6nig ist. Hier beginnt auch der zweite Teil des Anstiegs. Sie kommen an einem kleinen Stausee vorbei, und von dort aus geht es wieder in den \"Schweizer\" Anstieg. Es wird nun steiler und unregelm\u00e4\u00dfiger, aber zweistellige Werte bleiben Ihnen vorerst erspart. Sobald Sie das Dorf Grimentz erreichen (winken Sie unserem Freund <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/zwitserland\/crans-montana-op-de-fiets-met-insider-tips-van-local-yves\/\">Yves<\/a>), dann wird das Wetter wirklich hart. Eines ist immer gleich: der Blick auf die verschneiten Gipfel. Aber das ist noch nicht alles. Die Landschaft wird auch langsam etwas kahler, denn denken Sie daran: Sie steigen schlie\u00dflich auf 2250 Meter H\u00f6he! Fast sieben Kilometer, mit einer durchschnittlichen Steigung von acht oder neun Prozent. Die Schilder am Wegesrand, die den Anstieg nach Kilometern anzeigen, sind manchmal eine Qual f\u00fcr die Augen. Na ja, dann schaue ich mich eben noch einmal um. Es ist wirklich sch\u00f6n. Ein Anstieg zu einer Talsperre ist ohnehin etwas Besonderes, weil man per Definition auf eine gro\u00dfe Mauer zuf\u00e4hrt. Das bedeutet auch, dass die Stra\u00dfenbauer wieder einmal einen Weg gefunden haben, um ganz nach oben zu kommen. Im Fall der Barrage de Moiry hat man sich daf\u00fcr entschieden, die letzten Kilometer auf der linken Talseite zu fahren. Man st\u00f6\u00dft auf die rechte Wand und \u00fcberquert die Staumauer kurzzeitig am Fu\u00dfe der Staumauer. Das ist etwas anderes als beispielsweise bei Grand-Dixence. Wie beim Lac de Dix ist auch hier der letzte Kilometer der schwierigste. Es geht m\u00fchsam bergauf und als der kleine Tunnel in Sicht ist, denke ich: endlich flach! denn ein Tunnel = flach. Oder? Nichts k\u00f6nnte weiter von der Wahrheit entfernt sein. 10% plus! nehmen wir uns Zeit, um uns umzusehen. Wir treffen ein holl\u00e4ndisches Paar, das ein paar Drohnenbilder von uns machen will. Wir bewundern auch die Aussicht und den sch\u00f6nen blauen See (der allerdings relativ leer ist). Auf dem Gipfel kann man etwas essen, obwohl die Speisekarte haupts\u00e4chlich aus herzhaften Schweizer Spezialit\u00e4ten mit viel K\u00e4se besteht. Wenn das nicht Ihr Ding ist, nehmen Sie den Abstieg. Apropos Abfahrt. Das ist wirklich eine sch\u00f6ne Sache. Obwohl ein paar Asphaltst\u00fccke etwas rutschig sind und einige Kieselsteine auf der Stra\u00dfe liegen, ist es eine Abfahrt, die man in Angriff nehmen kann. Relativ wenig Verkehr und recht \u00fcberschaubar. Die sieben Kilometer zur\u00fcck nach Grimentz sind im Nu vorbei. Dort halten wir kurz an, um ein St\u00fcck lokalen Teig mit Tomatenso\u00dfe zu essen. Die Preise sind etwas \u00fcberh\u00f6ht, aber noch ertr\u00e4glich. Dann geht es wieder mit Vollgas hinunter nach Saint-Jean und Vissoie. Denken Sie daran: In Vissoie m\u00fcssen Sie wieder eine Weile bergauf fahren, bevor es wieder hinunter nach Sierre geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Route Barrage de Moiry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Route f\u00fchrt von Crans-Montana zum Lac de Moiry. Wir entschieden uns schlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingdestination.cc\/de\/verhalen\/zwitserland\/fietsroute-om-crans-montana-te-ontdekken\/\">Aufstieg zur\u00fcck nach Crans-Montana <\/a>\u00fcberspringen und mit der Seilbahn hochfahren. 10 \u20ac gut angelegt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.komoot.com\/nl-nl\/tour\/1170611670\/embed?gallery=1&#038;profile=1\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eigenlijk zou het een challenge moeten zijn, of misschien wel een fietspaspoort voor Crans-Montana en omgeving.
