Als Teil der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate wird Abu Dhabi h\u00e4ufiger als Golfdestination einerseits und als Walhalla f\u00fcr Auswanderer andererseits genannt, mit niedrigen Steuern und vor allem 365 Tagen Sonnenschein. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Einfluss der Formel 1 auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yasmarinacircuit.com\/en\/healthandfitness\/trainam-detailpage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yas Marina Rennstrecke<\/a> nicht zu untersch\u00e4tzen. Abu Dhabi ist ein gro\u00dfartiges Winterziel f\u00fcr Ihren Radurlaub. Inzwischen gibt es die VAE-Rundfahrt, die de facto den Saisonauftakt 2022 bildet, und es gibt jetzt auch mehr Freizeitveranstaltungen. Diese Woche haben wir erfahren, dass Abu Dhabi noch mehr in die Fahrradinfrastruktur investieren wird. Eine gute Nachricht, wie wir finden, und ein Grund mehr, dieses Emirat etwas mehr ins Rampenlicht zu r\u00fccken. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist Abu Dhabi die erste Stadt in Asien, die das UCI Bike City Label erhalten hat! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was f\u00fcr eine Stadt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr viele ist Abu Dhabi gleichbedeutend mit seinen vielen Wohnt\u00fcrmen und dem Yas Marina, wo sich auch die Formel-1-Rennstrecke befindet. Die Stadt hat hohe Geb\u00e4ude, was sie als Ziel f\u00fcr Radfahrer eher unattraktiv erscheinen l\u00e4sst. Aber es hat auch etwas f\u00fcr sich, durch eine relativ flache Stadt zu fahren, mit gutem Asphalt als Bonus. Denken Sie daran, dass es 40 Kilometer dauert, um aus der Stadt herauszukommen, wenn Sie am Strand sind! Es \u00fcberrascht nicht, dass die Stadt ziemlich flach ist. Erwarten Sie hier keine Neo-Kletterpartien oder andere Herausforderungen (selbst in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten). Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen Sie wirklich aus der Stadt herauskommen. In der Stadt selbst ist es besser, sich die Architektur anzuschauen und einfach in die Pedale zu treten. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig finden Radveranstaltungen statt und Trainingseinheiten der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yasmarinacircuit.com\/en\/healthandfitness\/trainam-detailpage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TrainAM-Club<\/a>. F\u00fcr die Fans des Triathlons gibt es auch einen TriYAS auf der Strecke. Hier gibt es eine vollst\u00e4ndig asphaltierte, unbefestigte Strecke, die sowohl bei Radfahrern als auch bei L\u00e4ufern sehr beliebt ist. Die Strecke bietet mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, von einer kurzen 8-Kilometer-Runde \u00fcber 16 Kilometer bis hin zu einer 30-Kilometer-Runde.  Erwarten Sie auch hier keine alpinen Anstiege, aber zumindest etwas mehr Abwechslung als auf langen geraden, flachen Stra\u00dfen. In der N\u00e4he der Stadt Al Ain finden Sie den Jebel Hafeet. F\u00fcr Liebhaber von Haarnadelkurven: hier ist der richtige Ort! Der Aufstieg zum Gipfel dieses magischen H\u00fcgels ist etwa 10 Kilometer lang. Sie erreichen insgesamt 800+ H\u00f6henmeter. Das macht im Durchschnitt 8%. Aber das gibt Ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit, z. B. den Sonnenuntergang oder den Sonnenaufgang zu fotografieren. Es soll ein veritabler 109 Kilometer langer Radweg rund um die Stadt entstehen. Au\u00dferdem gibt es wilde Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr eine Indoor-Strecke auf der beliebten Insel Hudayriyat. Dieses Velodrom soll Platz f\u00fcr 3 500 Besucher bieten und wiederum f\u00fcr mehr Radfahrm\u00f6glichkeiten in und um die Stadt sorgen. Spannende Sache!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wann man gehen sollte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie alle anderen Reiseziele in dieser Region ist es nicht ratsam, im Sommer nach Abu Dhabi zu reisen. Es sei denn, Sie trainieren f\u00fcr einen Ultralauf und wollen an Ihre Grenzen gehen. Abu Dhabi ist ein wundersch\u00f6nes Winterreiseziel. Achten Sie aber immer auf Sandst\u00fcrme, die von einem Moment auf den anderen auftreten k\u00f6nnen, und ehe Sie sich versehen, sind Sie unter ihnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fahrrad-Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Region gibt es zahlreiche M\u00f6glichkeiten, ein Fahrrad zu mieten.
