At the time of this writing, it has not yet happened. Everyone is in seventh heaven. Both the Tour start and also the GranFondo offer a deep connection to the region's proud cycling history. It is the middle of May and I find myself in Cesenatico, the heart of the action and birthplace of the legendary Marco Pantani. At the time of the Nove Colli, the Giro d'Italia is also in full swing. In 2024, the region will be a vibrant mix of yellow and pink, an ode to the Giro and the upcoming Tour de France. Nove Colli, with its routes across Marco Pantani's training grounds<\/a>, offers different challenges: from a breezy 60 kilometres to an exhausting 200 kilometres with almost 4,000 metres of climbing.
