In recent weeks we have posted several calls for additional writers and guest bloggers on cyclingdestination.cc/. Thanks for all the comments on that, because we received a lot of messages and haven’t had the time (or the opportunity) to respond to everyone personally yet. However, we would like to share an initial happy fact: Mountain High Chasers Erwin Visser and Erwin Reijneveld are joining cyclingdestination.cc as guest bloggers/content creators!
Two friends – One goal
Two friends who have a common goal on the bike: 50 mountains cycled before the age of 20
Reached the age of 50. It all started with the book ‘Mountain High’ by Daniel Friebe
where the 50 most (according to Daniel) heroic climbs of Europe are described.
A nice excuse to put these 50 mountains on a list. ‘Our list’, as Erwin and Erwin both say.
Always on the hunt
Mountain High Chasers consists of Erwin Visser and Erwin Reijneveld. Their passion for adventure is evident in their determination: ‘We are now 33 mountains and counting. We are determined to cycle these 50 mountains together.’ Everything is meticulously recorded in the ‘book’, and they have established their own rules. The most important rule: reach the top without setting foot on the ground! The ultimate goal is to conquer the last mountain in the book (Pico de Veleta) on a bike. And then cycle from the Netherlands to the top of the Pico!
Planning in full swing
We are extremely pleased with the addition of these two top performers to our platform. With Erwin and Erwin, we can take the next step and realize even more amazing content for you as readers. The planning for 2022 is already well underway and we expect to quickly move Erwin and Erwin to positions 34 and 35 on the list.
