Last weeks Ruben Hoogland and Rik de Voogd were on a beautiful workstation in the south-east of Spain, around Moraira. You can find their travel report here! That it's great to go cycling in Spain, as evidenced by multiple beautiful articles that we already have on our platform. The question that occurred to us: what is an ideal destination for a workation by bike? What should such a destination meet?
Making a list
So we want to spend the next few weeks looking for the ideal destination for a workation by bike. As far as we are concerned, the following criteria should be important in this respect:
- Internet availability
- Variation in routes
- Co working spaces
- Climate
- Overall infrastructure
- Cycling infrastructure: bike shops, lunch spots, coffee bars
Outcome
The result will end up being a list of tips of cities or destinations you can think about to get some fresh air and combine work with pleasure. We will give advice on the best routes, the most beautiful places but also the right time to go. Who knows, maybe we will be on a nice workation ourselves this year.
