- Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse - This iconic route is a must for any cyclist. The route on the Grossglockner leads you to the highest peak of Austria. This is with straight challenge, where you get the breathtaking views as a gift. It is the perfect place to test your climbing skills while enjoying the unparalleled beauty of nature.

- Zillertal - The Zillertal is located in the Tyrol. It offers a combination of beautiful climbs and scenic routes along rivers. In Zillertal, you will find routes suitable for different levels. Both beginners and advanced skiers can enjoy themselves here.
- Salzkammergut - This area is known for its amazing mountain lakes and mountain landscapes. This makes it an idyllic cycling destination. For example, you can go cycling around Lake Hallstatt or Lake Wolfgangsee. With quiet roads and beautiful views, it is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy Austria's nature. - Donauradweg - The Danube Cycle Route is especially popular with touring cyclists. Yet this is also a very fine cycle route for road cyclists. You follow the Danube river and this route offers a relatively flat course, ideal for long-distance rides. It is a great way to explore the cultural and historical sights along the river. The Donauradweg is 330 km long and runs between Passau and Vienna.
- Innsbruck and surroundings - As host of the 2018 UCI Cycling World Cup, is Innsbruck a top destination for cyclists. The surrounding mountains, including the Kuhtai, offer challenging climbs. The town itself offers a lovely atmosphere and good facilities for cyclists.
- Vorarlberg - This area in western Austria is less well known, but offers some of the most spectacular scenery and delightful mountain roads. The region is perfect for road cyclists and gravel riders looking for a challenging ride without the crowds of the more famous cycling destinations. Tip: gravels in Vorarlberg is super!
- Wachau Valley - If you follow the Danube Cycle Route, the Wachau Valley is a wonderful side-step. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous not only for its wine, but also for its beautiful cycling routes along the Danube. The combination of cultural heritage and beautiful nature makes it a unique place for a wonderful cycling holiday.
