Building on the past

This results in a helmet with 5-STERREN Virginia Tech protection rating and built-in rotational impact protection, weighing just 220g M CE.
Strategically placed vents, inclined bridges and a floating headband provide best-in-class ventilation while keeping aerodynamics in mind. A Lazer Aeroshell is compatible with the helmet and can be added to close the vents for an added aerodynamic advantage and weather protection.
Advanced RollSys
The new Z1 also comes with the improved Advanced RollSys, a thumb wheel on top of the helmet that makes it easier to adjust the helmet to your head size. . Because the Lazer Advanced RollSys sits on top of the helmet, it leaves plenty of room for long hair in a ponytail or bun.
Other important updates? Not only is the Z1 KinetiCore lightweight, but a step towards sustainability has also been made. With the removal of a plastic at the helmet straps and the use of recycled materials are some small steps towards more sustainability, which Lazer is striving for.
